1:1 Breathwork & Alignment is a personalized coaching experience designed to support your growth, self-connection, and energetic alignment. Each session blends breathwork and Reiki to help you reconnect with yourself, move stagnant energy, and create space for clarity and intention.

This work is unique in the way breathwork and energy guidance are intentionally woven together. Breathwork helps open the body energetically, bringing awareness and movement to areas that may feel stuck, heavy, or disconnected. From there, we diving into coaching to support the flow of energy and deepen the shift, helping you feel more grounded, clear, and aligned. Together, they create a powerful experience for energetic movement and personal transformation.

This creates a more personal experience, with space for reflection, integration, and guided discussion after the session. This package includes four 1:1 Breathwork & Alignment sessions for the price of three, offering a more intentional container for growth, clarity, and energetic support.
While a single session can be powerful, continuous sessions allow for deeper integration, stronger momentum, and a more personalized journey toward your goals. As we work together over time, there is more space to notice patterns, support meaningful shifts, and cultivate lasting alignment.
To further support your experience, you’ll also receive a guided breathwork recording to return to between sessions and deepen the benefits of the work.
